App Issue with Android Devices

Over the Easter break our web services were upgraded with additional security patches. The consequence of this is that all Android (eg: Samsung) subscribers to our phone app (Updat-ed) were deleted and will need to re-register.


To do this please:

  • Delete the app from your phone
  • Go to Google Play and search for 'Updat-ed by Sponsor-ed'
  • Download the app and complete the registration process again.
  • Once registered your account will be approved and made available.
