The meetings are a chance to find out about things going on at the school, things that might impact on your child and their education as well as a chance to raise any suggestions or concerns about the school generally.

 

There is a code of conduct that ensures:

  1. We respect each other and everyone’s opinions at all times.
  2. All votes are equal and it is the collective that makes the decisions.
  3. The agenda will be enforced at all times. 
  4. We stick to the point. 
  5. P&C Committee will delegate when needed. 
  6. The minutes, agenda and any reports must be delivered in writing to all members 7 days prior to the meeting. 
  7. This is a meeting, not a coffee circle.
  8. It is our right to object constructively.
  9. Volunteer only when you can carry through.
  10. We finish on time.
